Ministry Services: Connecting Gifts to Needs
The Ministry Marketplace isn’t just a place to share products — it’s a space where ministries, artists, and leaders can connect their gifts, skills, and callings with communities who need them. From musicians and visual artists to coaches, consultants, and speakers, this section helps make those connections happen.
We believe that ministry thrives when creative people can offer their work not only through downloads and materials, but also through personal, relational service.
How It Works
1. Set up your Vendor Account
Create your vendor account just as you would if you were listing physical or digital products. This allows you to build your own “storefront” where visitors can discover your work.
2. Create Service Listings
Add “products” that represent the kinds of services you offer. Think of these as examples or conversation starters:
-
A musician might list opportunities for local worship leading, retreat music, or weddings.
-
An artist might offer custom murals, live painting, or banner creation for worship spaces.
-
A coach might describe options for coaching a ministry leader, a church board, or creative team.
Each listing helps potential clients understand what you bring — and inspires them to reach out.
3. List Services as “Free”
Set the price to “Free.” This signals that the actual details — such as scheduling, travel, and cost — will be arranged directly between you and the interested ministry.
4. Include Contact & Pricing Details in the Description
In your description, clearly note that availability, pricing, and scope of work will be handled through direct communication with you, the vendor. Include your preferred contact method so potential partners can easily connect.
5. Don't forget to tag!
Tags are one of the main ways that potential clients will search for your services. Make sure to include tags to networks you are a part of (see the Network page to see what networks are already active) and also the type of service you are offering (ie "coaching"). Once we have more than one item under a certain service, we can create a collection and add it to our drop down menu-- just let us know!
About Fees and Stewardship
Because service costs vary and are managed independently, the standard commission structure for product sales does not apply here. However, we invite and encourage vendors to prayerfully consider offering a “finder’s fee” or goodwill contribution to help offset the costs of maintaining The Ministry Marketplace platform.

Let’s Build the Network of Ministry Services
Our goal is to cultivate a marketplace that not only shares resources — but builds relationships among those who serve. By sharing your gifts and services here, you’re helping churches, ministries, and leaders find the support they need, while strengthening the creative body of Christ.
