Vendor Payment Policy

Effective Date: February 9, 2025

At Ministry Marketplace LLC, we aim to provide a simple and transparent payment process for our vendors. By selling on our platform, you agree to the following payment terms.

1. Earnings & Commission Structure

Vendors earn revenue from each sale after applicable fees are deducted. The pricing breakdown is as follows:

  • No subscription fee
  • no monthly fees for posting items
  • Commission Fee: 30% of the total sale price.
  • Transaction Fee: A flat $0.30 per transaction, applied to each order (not per item).
  • Net Earnings: After these deductions, vendors receive 70% of the sale price minus the $0.30 transaction fee.

Example Calculation

For a $10.00 sale:

  • 30% commission = $3.00
  • $0.30 transaction fee
  • Vendor earnings: $6.70

2. Payment Schedule

  • Payments are issued on a monthly basis.
  • Vendors' earnings will accumulate in their Ministry Marketplace account over a calendar month and be disbursed via bank transfer within the first seven days of the following calendar month.
  • Vendors must reach a minimum payout threshold of $5 before payments are processed.
  • Earnings are paid via PayPall to the PayPall account provided by the vendor.

3. Payment Methods & Fees

  • Vendors must provide accurate payment details to receive earnings.
  • Payment processing fees charged by third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc) may apply and are the vendor’s responsibility.
  • If a payment fails due to incorrect details, it will be retried in the next scheduled payout cycle.

4. Refunds & Chargebacks

  • Since digital products are non-refundable, all sales are final unless the product is defective or not as described.
  • If a refund or chargeback occurs, the vendor’s earnings from that sale will be deducted from their next payout.
  • Vendors are responsible for responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues to prevent disputes.

5. Taxes & Reporting

  • Vendors are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on their earnings.
  • Ministry Marketplace does not withhold taxes unless legally required.
  • For vendors exceeding the annual earnings threshold set by tax regulations, we may provide a 1099-K (for U.S. vendors) or other tax documentation as required by law.

6. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Vendors must ensure their products comply with intellectual property laws and our Terms and Conditions.
  • Any fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or violation of our policies may result in account suspension and withheld payments.

7. Updates to Payment Policy

Ministry Marketplaces reserves the right to modify this Payment Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
