Elf Antics Fundraiser Kit: Set 1 (15 Days of Elf Mischief)
Tired parents, eager teens, and a youth fundraiser that almost sells itself. This resource gives your church everything it needs to build and sell prepackaged elf kits. Each kit covers 15 nights of silly scenes, so families can skip the late-night scramble and your youth get to help make the season's magic.
The idea came from a youth group that couldn't stop laughing at elf ideas online. The adults turned that into a fundraiser, and it has run for four years. The teens help choose the scenes, pack the kits at building parties, and send each family home with a discreet cardboard box so little eyes never suspect a thing.
Each of the 15 activities comes with its own instruction card. The card lists what's in the bag, what to add from home, placement ideas, and an estimated setup time, from one minute to seven. Families get the "I'm Back, I Pea'd!" welcome, Mac Don Elves burgers, an elf foosball match, milk that has "gone bad," a magic ink note that makes the grown-ups agree to ice cream for dinner, and more. For leaders, a step-by-step overview walks you through planning your numbers, gathering supplies, advertising, packing, and pickup, all timed so kits are ready before Thanksgiving.
