The overarching theme is deepening connections-- connections between ourselves and God, ourselves with our self, ourselves with our family, ourselves with the community.
The journal is broken down by week with each week containing: - worship notes page - a different spiritual disciple to practice each week (lectio diving, immanuel journaling, liturgy of hours, koinania, giving, prayer of examen) - reflection pages on the season
This journal is targeting teens and adults, but as a free addition, we are including a kid version we made to accompany it.
