Random Acts of Kindness Idea List (Printable Half-Sheet Handout)
Kindness doesn't have to be complicated. Sometimes it looks like holding a door, returning a shopping cart, or calling a grandparent to ask about their childhood. This printable handout gives your people 22 simple, doable ideas for showing kindness to the people around them this week.
The list opens with a short invitation: every day brings chances to make a difference in someone's life, so try one act of kindness this week, or one each day. The ideas range from quick and spontaneous (let someone go ahead of you in line, compliment a friend) to a little more intentional (bake dessert for a neighbor, check in on an elderly neighbor, donate outgrown clothes and toys). A few playful ones, like burying treasure at the playground or leaving bubbles on someone's doorstep, make it especially fun for kids and families.
